At Flowers we appreciate that the formalities of processing a complaint helps one to address the situation. Below are the steps you must take in order to make a complaint in accordance with our Complaints Procedure which can be requested via the school office.
Step 1- Type, or write out your formal complaint and post/ email to the head teacher (Victoria Poole-Birrell) Don't forget to outline the date the situation took place, who the complaint is from and whom it involves.
The headteacher will address the complaint the appropriate member of staff or in some cases, they will take the matter upon themselves. They will discuss an appropriate resolution
